1. Read policies and faqs prior to booking.

2. New Appointments are available one month in advance on the 1st of every month at 8am PDT.

[For example, April 1st will open books for the month of May]. Appointments are made online only. No walk-ins.

3. Services are organize by location. Select 'New Client' if this is your first time booking a service or if it has been more than 4 months since the last cut with Andréa. If you don't see any availability, you may check back on this site for any cancellations or set a reminder for the following month to get your desired appointment. There is no cancellation/waiting list. 


4. Name, phone, and email are required [double check if necessary] to receive a confirmation.


5. A deposit is required upon completion of the booking and will be applied towards the service. 

6. Save confirmation email to make any future changes to your appointment. A courtesy email reminder will be sent 72hrs and 24hrs and a text 1hr before appointment begins.

**By Consulting to a hair service, you agree that your service with Andréa is non refundable.
